1. Delivery Day
We schedule your prefer delivery day but we can't guarantee that flowers will be deliver on that day no matter what. Fedex does our logistic and therefore we depend on them for our deliveries. As you know a number of things could delay a package: such as weather conditions, mechanical damage, customs clearance, USDA inspections or even a Fedex miss scan. So if any of this may occur we can't be held responsible if you don't receive your flowers, either on time or not at all.
We will refund the value of the flowers anyways, but if the event or any other use that you have the flowers for suffers any type of problem due to this, it' s not up to us to bare that cost.
2. Quality Conditions
If we feel necessary we may request pictures of the flowers in order to make a refund, partial or total. Please be advice that this is for quality control and feedback, so we now the source of the damage on your flowers.
In case that this affects the event that you requested the flowers for, we are at no point responsible for that or the cost that you may incur on it. We refund the total that you paid us for the flowers and freight, but no other costs.
3. Colors
When a color is not available we may need to change that color for something very similar, we may check that with you before the shipment if possible but we reserve the right to change it without notice. We will regardless of this try all the time to fill your order as you requested originally, but due to availability in our farms this is not always possible.
4. Length
When the stem length is not available we may need to change that length for something very similar (larger or shorter), we may check that with you before the shipment if possible but we reserve the right to change it without notice.
