Can I pick the colors that I want??

You can chose the colors available when you place the order. Remember if you want us to pick the best available for you, click on farm choice.

How many different colors do I get in my order??

Depends on how many roses you chose, each type of flowers comes in 1 bunch (25 stems), if you order 50 roses you will receive up to 2 different colors, if you bought 100 you can chose up to 4 different colors.

Do I get a confirmation that my order was placed??

Yes, we send you an email confirming your order, it will include the estimate delivery day.

Do I get a tracking number??

We will send you a tracking number a week before the flowers are scheduled to be delivered.

Can I change my order??

We allow you to change your order at least 10 days prior to your delivery day. This will allow you to: change the receiver, the address, the quantity, the date.

Can I add to my order??

If you do that 10 days prior to your delivery day, yes you can.

Would I receive the flowers on the day that I want??

Fedex will deliver your flowers the day that you request, but we do not guarantee an exact delivery day since we are not the once in charge of the logistic, please look at our disclaimer page.

Where my flowers come from??

All your flowers are fresh cut roses from Ecuador in South America, we pack them and ship them from the farm to any zip code in the US, please see the about us page for more information.

Is there any refunds??

Yes, but it will all depend on your particular case, please see our policy page for more information.

Would Fedex deliver the flowers if no one signs for them??

No, Fedex will always requires a proof of delivery, meaning someone has to sign for them.

Can I return the flowers??

Once you sign for them and accept the delivery there are no return, please see our policy page for more information.

Do I get some kind of instructions??

Yes, you will receive a “care of flowers” manual, you box will include flower food too.

Can I send a card with the flowers??

Yes, but you have to request that we place a note in the box.

Can I send the flowers to someone else??

Yes, just specify the information that will allow us to ship the flowers to a different address that yours.

Do I get a special discount on recurring orders??

Yes, we provide a special code for recurring orders.
